When I first arrived in the Catskills, in 2000, I was utterly struck by every aspect of its extraordinary natural beauty.
It’s a gorgeous region for spectacular, autumn foliage, for the pristine freshness of the air, the snow as a winter wonderland, the rich and delicious offerings in the farmer's markets, and for an abundance of wildlife everywhere.

Here, within peaceful, bucolic landscapes, where wild berries grow everywhere, (think blueberries, boysenberries, raspberries and wild strawberries,) the region provides better property values and pricing than many other regions in the state, while so perfectly providing an extraordinary place for a Catskill-nature-escape in which to unwind and appreciate life. Before becoming a licensed agent in 2018, I was actively involved in related real estate endeavors over many, many years, which has given me both experience and a discerning eye.
