Vermont Hill, Holland, NY 14080

This is it, the country getaway you've been dreaming of! 1.7 acres of nature, solitude and peace and quiet. This property is 2,000 feet from the nearest public road. It is surrounded by farm fields and woods. No noise, no traffic, just you and mother nature. This was previously used as a sort of permanent camp. There is a gravel pad to park your RV, a 200 amp electric service, a drilled well with a submersible pump, and a 1,500 gallon waste holding tank that could easily be expanded into a full septic system with the addition of a leach field. Ideal for camping, a cabin, or even a permanent home. Wildlife abounds; deer regularly use the established trails, and there is plenty small game. Just 15 minutes to East Aurora for shopping and entertainment, 20 minutes to Kissing Bridge, and only 10 minutes to the 400 expressway for points North. All cash offers considered. Motivated Seller.
